Dear Kathleen, I find that using the shortcut keys

It is reliant upon the trainee to complete this log. The entries can be defined under the following pura vida headings: Clinical Encounter Professional Conversation Tutorial Reading Course/Certificate Lecture/Seminar Out Of Hours session
To this end I have made a file which makes possible the option for those trainees would prefer to keep a log of their activities off line and later copy and paste into their Learning Log when the opportunity presents.
Please note this is not an official RCGP file and has been constructed by myself. You are welcome to distribute and use the file, with the proviso that no charge is made and properties of the file are left intact.
Dear Kathleen, I find that using the shortcut keys “Ctrl C” and “Ctrl V” to copy and paste respectively serves the purpose to transfer the information from the Activity log to the ePortfolio.
