I receive many e-mails with questions about buying clothes online. Because I recently know bought something via the online shop of Supertrash than it seemed know a good idea to write about a review. know
When I was at the SuperTrash store in The Hague, my eye fell on the Dowly dress. I was directly away from the ornate black dress with bows, but unfortunately know my size was no longer in stock. Because I got the dress out of my head, I looked around at night as in the online shop of Supertrash. The dress was still available online and I decided to order it.
My first impression know of the Supertrash online shop was that the shop is fresh and that worked navigation easy. In the menu on the left, you could choose from the lines of the brand and the various product know options appear below. Because know I was looking for a dress I chose the first dress and then for dresses. If you want you can even filter below, know for example, color or name.
On the product page of the Dowly dress was a short description of the product and the materials know from which it is made. There was also a picture of the front and back of the dress. What I missed was a picture of a model in the dress, it always gives me a better idea of how something is.
Before I could order the dress was first intended that I said the right size. You did this in one mouse click and then click on the button Add to bag. Then go to the bag in the top right corner to complete the order.
Once you are in the shopping cart, you will see an overview of your products ordered plus the price and shipping cost. If you still want to delete an item, you can do so by clicking on the cross. When your order is as you want it, click continue.
In terms of payment methods, the Supertrash online shop three options: iDEAL, credit card and PayPal. I myself paid iDEAL, because I think this is the easiest. Besides the product you pay if you're among the 150 on stuff buys 3.95 euro shipping.
After I paid, the order was completed. After that I received know in my email order confirmation with an overview of my order and stating that the product will be shipped ASAP. Delivery
On the website of Super Trash is that orders are shipped within 2 business days. Unfortunately, this is not the service of online shop for 21.00 ordered the next day. If I buy clothes know I always find this fact very useful, because as a woman you have to deal with sometimes a clothing crisis.
I ordered my dress on Saturday and Wednesday it was brought by PostNL. Through a tracking number, which I had had in my email, I could follow the package. The deliveryman gave me a box, which you could not see it was SuperTrash which was a plastic containing the dress.
The packaging was just an ordinary know brown cardboard box and absolutely shone no luxury. I have clothes ordered from cheaper brands know than SuperTrash and sat wrapped in beautiful gift boxes. This I also was a bit disappointing, especially when I look at how the label is positioned.
The box also contained a number of forms which explained what to do if you are not satisfied with the product. You can return products within 10 days to Supertrash. Product
Because it was wrapped in plastic dress and I could see that it was brand new, I have to check the dress without thoroughly hung in my closet and I could not do better. Because the day I wanted to pull the dress on, I came to the conclusion that there is a gap of more than 6 inches in it.
Since the dress for more than 10 days had hanging in my closet and the hole was on the seam, I decided to take no contact with Supertrash. If I had I would have done the dress might be able to send back for repair, but it had at least one week seized. I have therefore chosen to allow the dress to the tailor.
One thing I've learned here is clear: SuperTrash really does its name justice. Because although I find the model of the dress great, it is in terms of quality indeed mess for the trash.
