What pros and cons do you see with different microphone techniques? For example, do you think that somebody takes up more sound than another, etc.? Is there any technology that is perfectly suited to one kind of instrument tao las vegas / recording tao las vegas but not as good for someone else? To the top
Hello X / Y does not sound as wide as the others, but gives very good mono compatibility. ORTF I feel as good width, but not as much as A / B. These two are not as good mono compatibility. M / S has full mono compatibility and allows relatively wide. X / Y is also good if you have an inferior tao las vegas room when the two directional tao las vegas microphones do not capture as much of the room, but focuses more on the source. Try to record the same with the different techniques and compare yourself what differences you get in reverb, tao las vegas breadth, focus, mono compatibility and more. Regards Anders
